How do I activate the Plus asset library?

I subscribed for a month to test out how well Arkio works versus other solutions, and according to the subscription page there is supposed to be a "Plus Asset Pack." Unfortunately, neither Arkio on my quest pro, nor Arkio on my pc have any such items. When I install Arkio fresh, I see 3 tabs for each page of assets. When I use my license key, Arkio identifies me as a Plus user, but the asset panes are still just 3 tabs per plane. There are no new assets that I can find. 

Where are the new assets? How can I install them on both the quest pro and PC? 

I reached out to support, but all they did was send me a screenshot of the asset panel.

  Hi Matthew,

  Thank you for getting in touch! All the Plus content is already visible in the free version of Arkio under the create and paint tabs but will show an orange indicator under the asset to indicate that they are part of the content pack.

  

  In order to use these assets you will need to have an active Arkio subscription (or In-App Purchase on the Quest) So there is no need to install additional content as activating the license should unlock these assets directly.

  If you want to load more objects to place in Arkio you can also download models online or create your own 3D models from our supported design tools. You can learn more about loading custom 3D models to Arkio on our support pages.

  Thank you, that makes more sense. I never tried to build in the free version.
