Files to Cloud Oculus Pro not working
Im trying all type of sizes, and files appear on Oculus app for just a second and then gone

Hi Ignacio, can you share with us any more details on what happens? Have you linked Arkio on your Quest to the cloud portal and are you uploading the files from the cloud portal to Arkio? If possible it would be great to get a recording from the Quest showing what's going on so we can help, you can also reach out to us at support@arkio.is so we can continue figuring out what's going wrong via email.

Hi, I do upload files to Arkio Cloud, share the group, I access those file perfectly thru my Mac OS app, but in the Oculus Pro, I join the cloud, perfectly, but when going to see the files, I click refresh and see the files there for less than a second and they are gone. Hope is clear now

Thanks Ignacio, it's possible the files you're importing on the Quest Pro are too large for the device to handle, can you share what file types and file sizes you're uploading via the cloud?
