Importing Images on Quest
According to the documentation i've found to import images on the Quest, place them on the Quest at Quest\Arkio\Import\Images
But this directory doesn't exist. I find from the root,
Android\Data\com.Arkio.Arkio\files\Import\Images
Now my location I just listed is probably a little off. Where i'm typing from I don't have access to the Quest, so i'm trying to go off memory, but the point is it's different than what's listed at,
https://support.arkio.is/hc/en-us/articles/360002018757-Import-images-floorplans-and-sections
The Windows location works.
Any ideas why i can't find the images i put on the Quest?

Hi X, you're right, the path listed was and old path, we've updated the path to the right one, see https://support.arkio.is/hc/en-us/articles/360002018757
The best way however to get images and floorplans to the Quest is however to import them on desktop, place in the scene and then start a meeting that you can join with the Quest. That way you avoid having to place files manually in the import directories on the Quest.
Hope this helps, please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi X,
The import location of images on the Quest is.
Quest\Internal shared storage\Android\data\com.arkio.arkio\files\Arkio\Import\Images
When JPG and PNG images are placed at that path you should be able to place them from the Create>Import tab on your Quest. If you don't see the images appear here they might have been saved in an unusual file format or they might be too large for your Quest to process. If you could send us the troublesome image at support@arkio.is so we could also look into this further as it might be a bug.
The easiest way to load images like Hilmar mentioned is using the PC or Mac version of Arkio in a meeting with your Quest to load images and models as you don't need to connect your device by USB.

This is mentioned several times here but I'm wondering something: do you need two licenses to do this? I thought the 20 minute meeting limit was a per-session thing but it appears to be cumulative. Originally I figured if I got a license it wouldn't be a big deal to just use the unlicensed version to transfer files, but is that actually possible once I've burned my 20 minutes on the unlicensed version?

Thanks for your question Maximilian,
Licenses of Arkio bought via our website are floating so you can apply them to multiple devices. The device that will first log in to Arkio will take the available license and allows you to use the Plus or Pro features like imports from Unity or Revit and start unlimited meetings.
When you log in more of your licensed devices to Arkio that device will be next in line and you will still be able to work with Arkio and join the meeting with your original device but it will not have the license and extra features available (like placing imports from Revit or editing in Pro meeting) When you log out the original device from Arkio your license gets available and your 2nd or subsequent device will get the license instead.
If you are planning to work with multiple people we recommend going for more than 1 license as this will give you and your team more flexibility and access to the paid features on more devices.

Okies, so will the second login be limited to a 20 minute session though? Or is that disabled if the host has a Plus subscription? (It's less of a problem now that I understand that the timer resets after 10 minutes but still would be nice if I could just keep the PC on so whenever I need something I can drag and drop it easily.)
PS I am definitely planning on working with multiple people in the future, but it's just me for right now. :> I do get that your software is primarily designed to improve collaboration but it's already useful to me as a modeling program as well. -
If a user with a Plus plan is in a meeting with a free user/device there will not be any limit on meeting time for the free user/device as long as a device with an active Plus license is still in the meeting. You will therefore be able to keep Arkio on your PC logged into the meeting while active in the meeting on your Quest.
