    ok, uninstall of software and reinstall allowed the functionality.

    Hi Mark, Great to hear a reinstall of the software fixed the issue. What you were seeing on the PC screen was our PC spectator tools for local collaboration with a VR user so it sounds like your Steam VR worked but did not start completely with the VR controllers recognized. There are a couple of steps you can take to troubleshoot problems with Steam VR:

    - Close and restart all Steam and VR related applications on your PC

    - Validate if the VR headset/controllers are working correctly for other applications/games

    - Setup a VR play area/boundary

    - Reconnect the headset to other USB ports

    - Restart the PC

    - Reinstall Steam VR / Arkio
