To join others or guide people around in your Arkio scene you can use the multi-user menu and click on the icon behind that person's name. You will be teleported to the other users in the same scale and see what they are looking at. This works for both VR users who joined the meeting and desktop/mobile users.
You can also gather all the people in your session around you by clicking on the gather icon behind your name in the multi-user panel. This works for both the VR users and screen users of Arkio and allows you to guide users around or help people new to Arkio to explore your scenes together.
Wristband
Your non-dominant hand in Arkio has a wristband with tools that make it easier to access your collaboration features. There is a button that opens the Meetings panel to access your full list of meeting participants and settings and additional tools will show when you are in an active meeting.
As the host of the meeting, you can gather users from your wristband. Or turn on the Auto-gather feature that will automatically gather your users in the meeting to your location after you've teleported or moved to a new location in the scene. You can also toggle this mode on from the Meeting settings.
The other guests in the meeting can use this wristband button to jump to the meeting host so they can always return to the host for assistance.
Gather settings
When using the gather button all users will be collected to the default gathering location. At human scale this gathering will happen around the shoulder of the host (back) or facing the host (front). The default gathering location for human scale can be adjusted from host meeting settings. When the host scales the scene smaller than human scale other users in the meeting will be gathered around the Arkio table to look at that model
Gather users to the back - (default) is handy for presenting designs and lets everyone follow where the host is looking. Other users will always face in a similar direction and see what the Host of the meeting wants to present or discuss.
Gather users to the front - is great to directly start face-to-face conversations with your participants after you teleported into the room that you like to discuss. This is especially handy if most of your users are joining from a VR/MR device as they can look around more easily than 2D devices and you can directly see their avatars to communicate
