If you experience problems with your imported/downloaded content like files not loading well or your list of imported files showing weird behavior you can clear your previous temporary resource cache that might be causing the issue.
On the next startup, Arkio will then re-process all source 3D models and images that you have placed in your Arkio\Import folder and redownload any models and images that were shared with you in a scene before.
Windows
You can also manually remove these resource files from the following paths. The Import folder will be scanned after restart to re-process all your imported resources. When you open a scene shared with you before it will also re-download the loaded resources from that scene.
If your import files are causing issues you can best also remove the the source file from the import folder as those source files will be reimported every time you clear the resources cache.

Mac
In Mac your files are stored in a hidden system directory ~\Library You can find this folder by searching for "Arkio" in Finder or using Finder > Go > Go to folder ~\Library
You can delete the files at the following path if experiencing issues with your arkio resources or the source files in your import folder.
~\Library\Containers\is.arkio.arkio\Library\ApplicationSupport\is.arkio.arkio\Arkio
~\Library\Containers\is.arkio.arkio\Data\Documents\Arkio\Import
You can also remove the app from your device and install it again. This will erase all your work so be sure to have a backup of your models on another device before you do this!
Quest
You can delete the files at the following path if experiencing issues with your arkio resources or the source files in your import folder.
Quest\Internal shared storage\Arkio\ResourceCache
Quest\Internal shared storage\Arkio\Import
You can also remove the app from your device and install it again. This will erase all your work so be sure to have a backup of your models on another device before you do this!
