If you experience problems with the file you imported you can manually delete the files causing issues on the following paths

%userprofile%\Documents\Arkio\UserModels
%userprofile%\Documents\Arkio\Import
%userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Arkio\Arkio\Arkio\ResourceCache
Mac
You can reset Arkio and remove all your content on the Mac by removing the app from your device and installing it again. You can also delete files at the following path if experiencing issues with your saved or imported files.
~\Library\Containers\is.arkio.arkio\Data\Documents\Arkio\UserModels
~\Library\Containers\is.arkio.arkio\Data\Documents\Arkio\Import

Quest
If you experiencing startup issues on the Quest it helps to completely remove the app from your device and install it again from the store. You can also delete files at the following path if experiencing issues with your saved or imported files

Quest\Internal shared storage\Arkio\Import
Quest\Internal shared storage\Arkio\ResourceCache
Android and iOS version
