When dealing with Multi-users there could be several things preventing Arkio from making a connection to the outside world or receiving data from another session.
Please use the following steps to troubleshoot what setting in your network or device might cause Arkio not being able to host/join a meeting.
1. Make sure you are using the latest version of Arkio
With every update, we add new functionality on the network side of Arkio, you might be using an older version that does not allow you to join newer versions. You can check the latest version under your settings pannel in Arkio.
2. Make sure your devices are connected to the internet
Double-check if your Quest PC or mobile device can access the internet and web pages like www.arkio.is There might be cases that a reconnection to the same network is needed for the device to truly be connected.
3. Try connecting via another Wifi network (or 4G on mobile devices)
If this fixes the issue the network ports needed by Arkio are likely blocked by your organization. Unblocking UDP ports 5055, 5056, 5058 should be sufficient for the collaboration and voice channels to work correctly in Arkio.
