Arkio can have trouble loading files that are broken, old, or too large for your device. To fix problems that might occur while loading imported models or scenes you can backup/clean the following user directories:
Please note that you can rename, transfer and backup .arkio files to other devices and restore automatically saved backups that are made every 2 minutes using the scene history mode.
PC
Saved options of your Arkio models are stored in your user documents folder. If you are experiencing problems with opening Arkio it might help to delete the most recent saved files here:
%userprofile%\Documents\Arkio\UserModels
When experiencing problems with custom imports it's best to clean both the import and resource cache:
%userprofile%\Documents\Arkio\Import\
%userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Arkio\Arkio\Arkio\ResourceCache
Mac
when experiencing problems opening Arkio scenes it can help to delete the most recent saved files here:
~\Library\Containers\is.arkio.arkio\Data\Documents\Arkio\UserModels
When experiencing problems with custom imports it's best to clean the import and resource cache:
~\Library\Containers\is.arkio.arkio\Data\Documents\Arkio\Import
~\Library\Containers\is.arkio.arkio\Library\ApplicationSupport\is.arkio.arkio\Arkio
You can fully reset Arkio and remove all your Arkio content on the Mac by removing the app from your device and installing it again.
Oculus Quest
When you have problems opening an Arkio scene you can backup/delete the latest save files from the following directories. To access your files on your Quest you need a USB cable connected to your PC/Mac and Quest headset that has developer mode Enabled
\Internal shared storage\Android\data\is.arkio.arkio\files\Arkio\UserModels
When experiencing problems with custom imports it's best to clean the import and resource cache:

If you are experiencing issues and you don't want to recover your files you can simply remove the Arkio app and install it again to reset everything.
iOS and Android
