Collect and send Arkio's logs

If you are experiencing issues with Arkio on your device that are difficult to troubleshoot and you want us to have a look and see what might be going wrong. You can use the following paths to gather logs from Arkio. You can share these logs with us by sending an email to support@arkio.is 

Windows

On Windows, the Arkio logs can be found in the following path

%userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Arkio\Arkio\Arkio\Player.log
%userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Arkio\Arkio\Arkio\Player-prev.log

Mac

Mac uses a hidden system folder that you can access by searching for "Arkio" in Finder or using Finder > Go > Go to folder ~/Library
